Dr Nicola Powell is the Chief of Research and Economics at Domain, where expertise in property markets is complemented by over 15 years of research experience across academic, government, and private sectors. In the current role since September 2016, Nicola leads data reports that inform the Australian public about real estate market trends. Previous positions include Senior Research Analyst at Domain Group, Lead Property Analyst at Allhomes, and Research Analyst at DataGen.com.au. Nicola's early career involved significant research roles at CSIRO and the John Innes Centre. Educational qualifications include a PhD, MSc, and BSc (honours) from the University of East Anglia.
