Therese Fritzson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, management consulting, and operations across leading organizations. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Partnerships at Domain since May 2022, Therese previously held the position of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from November 2019 to May 2022, and Operations Principal at AirTree Ventures prior to that. Therese possesses a strong background in community operations, having served as Senior Manager for ANZ Community Operations at Uber, and has expertise in retail client management from an earlier role as Industry Manager at Google. With a solid foundation in strategy and operations, Therese has also gained valuable experience at Booz & Company and Netus, complemented by an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science from Chalmers University of Technology.
