David Adolf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, management, and editorial roles. Currently serving as Business Development Eastern US at UOVO Wine since August 2018, David leads a team focused on providing logistics and advisory services to fine wine clients globally. David also has a freelance writing and editing career initiated in February 2014. Previous management roles include General Manager/Partner at Pine Creek Fine Wine & Spirits and General Manager at Valley Wine and Spirits. David's early career involved significant positions at Apple and Bloomberg LP, where responsibilities included project management and editorial oversight. With a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Art History from Temple University, David combines expertise in the wine industry with strong editorial and managerial skills.

In 1998 Domaine’s founder worked at a fine wine retail shop and quickly became aware of the ways in which retailers struggled to support their largest clients. He began filling in the gaps through inventory and organizational services which allowed the clients to focus on the more enjoyable aspects of collecting. This passion for wine and first-class customer service was so inspiring that his business grew quickly to include other services. Those initial services are still at the core of our work, and we have grown to offer support throughout the entire wine collecting lifecycle. We partner with new and established wine collectors to grow, sell, organize, move, store and protect their collections. Our goal is to allow everyone to enjoy their collection with ease and peace of mind. The company has three unified divisions: Advisory, Storage and Transportation. We currently have over 2 million bottles in storage within our nationwide network of facilities in St. Louis, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C. and Napa. Domaine hires dynamic people.
