Vincent served as a Waiter and Relief Wine Steward at Trattoria Restaurant, followed by positions at A Pacific Cafe Oahu and Matteo's, where responsibilities included coordinating special wine dinners and recommending food and wine pairings. In subsequent roles at Sam's Wines & Spirits, Vincent advanced to department head for the New Zealand/Australia section and was responsible for managing inventory, coordinating tasting events, and training new staff. After a brief period as a Self-employed Brand Ambassador, Vincent has been a Warehouse Associate at Domaine Storage since October 2018.

In 1998 Domaine’s founder worked at a fine wine retail shop and quickly became aware of the ways in which retailers struggled to support their largest clients. He began filling in the gaps through inventory and organizational services which allowed the clients to focus on the more enjoyable aspects of collecting. This passion for wine and first-class customer service was so inspiring that his business grew quickly to include other services. Those initial services are still at the core of our work, and we have grown to offer support throughout the entire wine collecting lifecycle. We partner with new and established wine collectors to grow, sell, organize, move, store and protect their collections. Our goal is to allow everyone to enjoy their collection with ease and peace of mind. The company has three unified divisions: Advisory, Storage and Transportation. We currently have over 2 million bottles in storage within our nationwide network of facilities in St. Louis, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C. and Napa. Domaine hires dynamic people.
