Dai Barth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dai began their career at Wells Fargo, where they held the roles of Area Sales Manager from 1998 to 2007 and Commercial Banker from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, Barth joined CarePoint Medical as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial aspects of the business and collaborating with the CEO to drive the strategic vision. After that, they joined ConnectCom BPO in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer, leading the transition of the company from a medical equipment business to a business process outsourcing model. Barth successfully managed the contact center and played a pivotal role in business development. In 2016, they established their own company, Dominion Outsourcing LLC, where they serve as the President. Dominion Outsourcing specializes in providing customized solutions to improve key performance indicators for the insurance and medical device industry.

Dai Barth obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from James Madison University, completing their education between 1990 and 1994.
