Deb Wilson

Deb Wilson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and organizational development. Most recently, Deb served as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist and Employee Relations Specialist at Dominium from January 2021 to June 2021. Prior to that, Deb held the position of Human Resources Director/Manager at Golden Valley Golf and Country Club, where significant contributions were made to cultural changes and performance enhancements. Deb's experience also includes roles as HR Manager and HR Consultant at Twin City Fan & Blower, focusing on talent recruitment and management training, as well as an HR Consultant at V-Kare. From September 2003 to September 2007, Deb advanced from HR Manager to Director of HR & Physician Recruitment at Virtual Radiologic, where strategic partnership with management was key to driving the start-up's success. Deb holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
