Diego Gomez is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources leader with a successful career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Inclusion & Diversity at Domino's since November 2020, Diego also held the role of Interim EVP Human Resource / CHRO. Prior roles include Chief Talent Officer at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, Vice President of HCM Transformation & Thought Leadership at Oracle, and Global Director of Organization Development & HRIT at AAM. Additional experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at the Detroit Pistons and various leadership positions at Dow Corning, General Motors, and General Electric. Diego holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Psychology from the University at Albany.
