In 2011, they joined HDR as an IT Support Specialist, where they responded to user requests, performed server setups, and managed software licensing. At HDR, they also served as a Senior IT Support Specialist, taking on additional responsibilities such as backup tape management and being part of the Unified Communication Subject Matter Expert team.
In 2014, Brandon transitioned to Domo, Inc., initially working as a Technical Support Team Lead, overseeing a team and ensuring efficient support processes. Brandon then became the Connector/Partner Center of Excellence Team Lead, specializing in partner integration and support. Later, they were promoted to the role of Customer Support Manager, responsible for building a world-class support organization, managing performance, and handling customer escalations. In 2018, Brandon took on the position of Strategic Analyst, utilizing their expertise in analytics. Brandon then progressed to the role of Senior Manager of CS Ops & Analytics in 2019, before assuming their current position as Director of CS Ops & Analytics in 2021.
