Dan Brinton

Dan Brinton has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Dan began their career in 2009 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Energy and Geoscience Institute, where they conducted research on sub-surface conditions and challenges in geothermal wells. During this time, they developed routines in Excel/VBA for data analysis and designed and conducted experiments to test the effects of geothermal fluids on fracture proppants.

In 2012, Brinton joined Precision Castparts as part of their Management Development Program. After completing the program in 2013, they then joined Urban Science as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 2016.

In 2016, Brinton transitioned to Symantec, where they served as a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst until 2018.

Since 2018, Brinton has been working at Domo, Inc., initially in the role of Sr. Technical Consultant and currently as a Sr Technical Solution Manager.

Dan Brinton completed their education in Chemical Engineering at the University of Utah. From 2001 to 2009, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from 2009 to 2011.
