Nancy Klembus, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has been with Domtar since 2016.

Ms. Klembus has over 20 years of experience practicing law in the paper and personal care industry. She is responsible for all legal affairs, corporate secretary duties and internal audit. Previously she held the position of vice president, deputy general counsel as well as vice president, law, and administration for Domtar’s U.S. Personal Care Division.

Ms. Klembus previously worked in private practice and in-house at Kimberly-Clark. Prior to attending law school, she worked at General Motors in engineering, reliability, and manufacturing.

Ms. Klembus earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio; a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan; and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Georgia, as well before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Klembus is on the Board of Directors for the Soccer Foundation of Charlotte.
