Peter Martin

SVP, Procurement & Strategic Projects at Domtar

Mr. Martin is responsible for all direct and indirect sourcing and procurement for Domtar. In the area of strategic projects, he collaborates with other Domtar leaders and key stakeholders to drive the assessment, implementation, and integration of key strategic initiatives.

Over his 25-year career with the company he has held multiple roles in a variety of financial and operational areas including product development, product management, and supply chain operations. Previously, he served as the vice president and controller for Domtar’s Pulp and Paper business.

Mr. Martin is a certified professional accountant and received a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario. He is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants. He also serves on the board of directors for CelluForce Inc., a commercial producer of cellulose nanocrystals used in various industrial materials.
