Frank Lugo

Frank Lugo, MBA currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at Elgen Manufacturing Company, INC. Additionally, Frank holds the position of Lacrosse Coach at Don Bosco Preparatory High School, where Frank has been instrumental in building a nationally ranked lacrosse program and facilitating student-athletes' placement in collegiate programs. With over 28 years of military experience, including deployments under prominent Generals, Frank also has a strong background in operations management at companies such as Amazon and Rent The Runway. Frank has a diverse educational background, including a Master of Business Administration from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and various graduate certificates in leadership and operations management.
