Dan McCarthy

Dan McCarthy is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in new product development across various industries, including construction equipment, aerospace, and consumer electronics. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager for Mobile Solutions at Donaldson since August 2022, Dan has held multiple roles in program and project management at leading companies such as Sensata Technologies, TSI Incorporated, and Honeywell. With expertise in utilizing advanced technologies such as electro-hydraulic operator controls and a solid foundation in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, Dan has successfully led teams through the entire product lifecycle, from initial customer requirements to final delivery and support. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
