Dawn Ladassor

Dawn LaDassor, CCP, currently serves as Principal Compensation Analyst at Donaldson since March 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Compensation Consultant at Patterson Companies, Inc. from September 2017 to March 2019, and Senior Consultant at Blanchard Consulting Group from June 2011 to December 2016. Dawn began a career in compensation as a Compensation Analyst at Blanchard Chase & Associates from September 2010 to June 2011 and has additional experience starting as a Compensation Analyst at Amalfi Consulting from September 2008 to September 2010. Earlier in the professional journey, Dawn worked as a Clinical Social Worker in the Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant Program at the University of Minnesota Medical Center from June 2005 to January 2008 and in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota from April 2000 to June 2005. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Minnesota (1996-1999) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Work and Psychology from Concordia College Moorhead, MN (1990-1994).
