Mirko Massara

Mirko Massara has extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Donaldson since June 2014, with previous roles including Product Development Manager and Material, Test & Reliability Manager. Prior to this, Mirko held the position of R&D Manager at Filtrec SPA from January 2007 to June 2014, focusing on laboratory supervision and ISO commission involvement in filtration standards. Earlier in their career, Mirko worked as a Lab Supervisor at Donaldson from July 2000 to January 2007, and as a Laboratory Technician at Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG from January 1999 to July 2000, specializing in product development for pressure washers and vacuum cleaners. Mirko holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi eCampus obtained between 2020 and 2023, and a High School Diploma from ITIS E.Fermi, Ostiglia (MN), completed in 1996.
