Carla Moore is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and total rewards, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Donatos Pizza since July 2023. In this role, Carla leads the design and development of the company's total rewards program, focusing on compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives while conducting benchmarking studies to maintain industry competitiveness.
