We have tried or arbitrated cases to conclusion in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia and Wisconsin. We take a proactive approach in partnering with our clients. Not only do we defend against customer lawsuits, we work with our clients to try to prevent them in the future. For instance, we evaluate training and safety programs and assist in the implementation of safety policies and procedures at our clients’ businesses. Our attorneys have decades of experience litigating all types of personal injury matters in state and federal courts. This includes products liability, professional negligence, railroad injury law, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence claims, and no-fault insurance claims including uninsured and underinsured motorist disputes. The firm also represents various insurance companies and their insureds, handling matters from the investigation/evidence preservation stage through trial. We also provide business support to our trucking and logistics clients including legal compliance, contract review, and independent contractor programs.
