William Chow

William Chow has over 17 years of experience in service and operations management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Service & Operations Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Donnelley Financial Solutions since October 2017, William has held progressively responsible roles at DFIN, including Service & Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager. Prior to this tenure, William worked at RR Donnelley for a decade, where roles included Customer Service Manager and Deal Management Shift Lead. Earlier experience includes a position as Operations Supervisor at King Freight International Corp. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Washington University.
