Mohammad Radiyat

Data Scientist at DonorsChoose

Mohammad loves telling impactful stories with data and is happy to be able to use his data science & machine learning experience to support DonorsChoose on its mission. After graduating with a B.S. in chemical engineering from Cornell and doing management consulting primarily in the media & entertainment industry, he decided to pursue graduate studies in data science at Columbia University. An internship at Knewton during his M.S. program sparked Mohammad’s curiosity about how data science interfaces with the education space, and that curiosity and passion naturally led him to DonorsChoose.
