Ricky Chang

Ricky Chang is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Donut since September 2022, Ricky previously held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Dutchie, where efforts focused on normalizing the cannabis industry through e-commerce solutions. Prior roles include Engineering Group Lead at HubSpot, Director of Engineering at Grubhub, and CTO of Switch, a job search platform. Ricky's earlier experience includes significant contributions at eBay Marketplaces and TripAdvisor, along with internships at IBM and Coverity.
