Xavier Marchese has a diverse work experience in the field of sales and business development. Xavier founded DOOD in 2017 and served as the Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Cornerstone OnDemand as a Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA region from August 2012 to November 2016. Before that, they held a role at SumTotal Systems as a Business Development Manager for the EMEA region in 2012. From 2008 to 2011, Xavier worked at Cegid as an HCM Sales Director, and from 2003 to 2008, they held the position of HCM Sales Manager at the same company. Xavier started their career at Infor as a Sales Manager from 2001 to 2003. Xavier's earliest work experience was as an Account Manager at CEGID Group from 1998 to 2001.
Xavier Marchese began their education in 1992 at IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, where they pursued a Master II degree in Sales and Business. Xavier studied at this institution until 1995. In the same year, Marchese attended Karlstad University, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Marketing.
