Nicolas holds a BA degree in Finance from Bentley University and a Master’s in business from Boston University, with a concentration on Multinational Commerce. Prior to joining Dorel, Nicolas held several leadership roles at Reebok International and the Adidas group, leading efforts to successfully improve operating performance in North America, Latin America and EMEA. In March of 2012, Nicolas was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer, Latin America, Dorel Juvenile. He was responsible for integrating newly acquired companies and executing further M&A opportunities while driving improvement across existing businesses. In March of 2015, Nicolas was promoted to President of Canada and Latin America of the Juvenile group. Nicolas was responsible for turning around the Canadian operation while continuing to drive double digit growth in Latin America. He was named President & CEO of Dorel Juvenile in November 2017.
