Roland Czuday has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roland started their career at Rockwell Automation as a Development Engineer from January 1998 to April 2000. Roland then joined SIG Pack Systems as an R&D Engineer from May 2000 to May 2003 before taking on the role of Project Manager Robotics and Simulation Expert from June 2003 to December 2004. In 2005, they moved to Bosch Packaging Technology and worked as a Product Manager in Robotic Handling from January 2005 to July 2011. Roland then became a Global Product Manager for Secondary Packaging from August 2011 to November 2016. After a sabbatical in 2017, during which they traveled South America, Roland joined Cycling Sports Group as a Product Manager Liaison Bikes in November 2017. Roland later became a Category Planner from October 2020 to September 2021 and is currently working as a Product Manager E-Bike from October 2021.

Roland Czuday earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Management from Hochschule Furtwangen from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Stuttgart, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from 1990 to 1997. Apart from their formal education, Roland Czuday also holds a certification as a Swiss Cycling Qualified MTB Guide from the Swiss Cycling Federation, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
