Kayla Reardon

Kayla Reardon currently serves as the Assistant to the President & CEO at the Doris Duke Foundation since February 2024. Prior to this role, Reardon worked as an Account Executive at R&CPMK from January 2022 to December 2023, and held positions as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at The Raine Group in 2021. Reardon's earlier experience includes various roles at Northwestern University, including Clerical Aide in the Medill Marketing Department and Box Office Administrator. Additionally, Reardon gained valuable experience through internships at 360i, KCD, and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and served as a Campus Ambassador for The Coca-Cola Company and a Campus Representative for Victoria's Secret Pink. Reardon earned a Master of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University and a degree in Journalism and Marketing from Northwestern University.
