Jackie Craig

Jackie Craig is an accomplished compensation professional with significant experience in global compensation plan design and administration. Currently serving as Compensation Director at Dorman Products since October 2019, Jackie oversees the operations of compensation programs, including salary, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives. Previously, Jackie held various compensation roles at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc., StoneMor Partners, L.P., NRG Energy, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, demonstrating expertise in compensation administration, program evaluation, and employee guidance. Jackie holds a Master's Degree in Labor & Employment Relations and a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Studies & History, both from Rutgers University.
