Michael Menta

Michael Menta has a diverse work experience in engineering and management roles. Michael started their career as a Design Engineer at Southco, where they developed custom and modified standard products. Michael then worked at Dorman Products as an Engineering Supervisor, where they managed engineering design projects and participated in failure analysis. Michael was later promoted to Engineering Manager, overseeing failure analysis projects and providing real-time support to marketing and purchasing teams. Michael further advanced to the role of Director of Engineering, where they managed a team of engineers and designers across multiple product teams. In 2016, they joined Extra Deluxe Mfg. as a Managing Partner. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Engineering and Quality at Dorman Products, leading a global team of professionals and driving technical plans to support business goals.
