Atindra started their career as an Engineer at Bharti Teletech Limited in 2006, where they were a part of the product development team for outsourced GSM products. Atindra then moved on to become a Project Engineer at Bharti Teletech Limited in 2008, where they were responsible for new model launch preparation and coordinating with vendors for product development. In 2009, Atindra joined S Mobility Limited (formerly Spice Mobiles), where they served as a Sr Executive and later as a Deputy Manager in product development. Their responsibilities included coordinating with vendors, sourcing materials, and developing new feature sets for mobile handsets. In 2013, they joined Spice Retails Ltd. as a Product & Project Manager, where they engaged with clients, managed project and product planning, and drove corrective measures for compliance. Atindra then moved to Lemon Electronics Limited in 2016 as a Product Manager, responsible for product planning, development, and managing the P&L sheet for new product launches. Most recently, Atindra joined Dorset Industries Private Limited in 2018 as the Chief Manager of Product Management for Digital Security Solutions.

In 2023, they completed a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Product Management at Accredian.
Additionally, Atindra obtained the Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from INSAID in June 2023.
