Carrie Shatek, MBA, currently serves as the Billing Manager at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, overseeing the daily operations of the billing department and managing hiring, training, and coaching efforts. With prior experience as the Energy Billing Manager at CHS Inc., where responsibility included processing $50 million in daily invoices and managing customer relationships and data systems, Carrie also held roles as Customer Service Supervisor at Ultimate Staffing and as Staffing Manager and Coordinator at Masterson Staffing Solutions. Carrie Shatek holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of St. Thomas.
