Daniel Pontes, CFA, is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations at Dorsia since July 2023. Previously, Daniel held the position of Head of Strategic Finance at Brex from November 2019 to July 2023, focusing on corporate finance, resource allocation, go-to-market strategy, restructuring, zero-based budgeting, and treasury. Daniel served as CFO of the US Grocery Business Unit at The Kraft Heinz Company from January 2016 to November 2019, where responsibilities included strategic planning, revenue management, and commodity hedging. Earlier roles include Associate Director of Revenue Management and Finance at The Kraft Heinz Company, Sr. Associate and Associate in Corporate Finance at Enova International, and various positions at NYSE, including Associate and Business Analyst. Daniel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, earned in 2011.
