Tyler Mulkin

Tyler Mulkin currently serves as Vice President of Operations Services at Founders Table Restaurant Group, which was established in January 2020. In this role, Tyler oversees operations for various innovative restaurant brands, including Chopt Creative Salad Co, where Tyler has also held the position of Director of Operations Services since August 2015. Additionally, Tyler manages Operations Services for Dos Toros Taqueria after its acquisition by Chopt in January 2020. Previously, Tyler was the Operating Partner at Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe and contributed significantly to the founding of the Ops Services department at Zoës Kitchen, now known as Cava. Tyler has extensive experience in training, development, and operational efficiency, having trained over 75 operators, maintained significant sales growth, and received recognition as General Manager of the Year in 2011. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
