Kelly Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Kelly began their career in the US Army as a Soldier from 1995 to 1999. The Douglas-Omaha Technology Commission was created through an Interlocal Agreement in an effort to restructure all City and County technology functions under an independent Technology Commission. By merging the City of Omaha and Douglas County Information Services departments, DOTComm streamlines technology throughout the City and County, resulting in better, more cost-effective services to government agencies and taxpayers.
