Farhad Afkari is a software operations generalist with extensive experience in technical support and service desk roles. At Dotin since February 2017, Farhad has contributed significantly in various capacities, previously holding the position of service desk technician. Prior to Dotin, Farhad worked at Bamdadsoft as a technical support specialist from August 2016 to February 2017, assisting users with product-related inquiries. Farhad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Payame Noor University, where studies occurred from 2011 to 2016. Currently, Farhad is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the same institution.
