Farhad Afkari is a software operations generalist with extensive experience in technical support and service desk roles. Prior to Dotin, Farhad worked at Bamdadsoft as a technical support specialist from August 2016 to February 2017, assisting users with product-related inquiries. Farhad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Payame Noor University, where studies occurred from 2011 to 2016.
