Alicia Newland has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and advertising industry. Alicia started their career in 2006 as an Advertising and Communications Consultant before moving on to work as a Senior Account Executive at G2 direct & digital. Alicia then held the position of Account Supervisor at Euro RSCG (now Havas Worldwide) for three years. Alicia later became an Account Director at Wunderman, Leapfrog Online, and Civilian Chicago. In 2014, they joined Sandstorm Design as Director of Strategy, later transitioning to the role of Senior Director, Strategy. Alicia then worked at MERGE | World as the VP Director, Decision Sciences for two and a half years. Alicia'smost recent role is as the Vice President of Digital Marketing at Double Good, starting in November 2021. Alongside their professional career, Alicia also volunteered at St. Alphonsus School / Parish for ten years.
Alicia Newland attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising.

These funds turn into uniforms, safety pads, cleats, calculators, test tubes, travel opportunities, and brand new experiences- and that creates our joy. Our social initiatives echo our values and passions. The Double Good Kids Foundation partners with purposeful organizations to benefit students and athletes facing physical, intellectual, and financial barriers. Our goal is to push the boundaries of access in academic and athletic activities by contributing experiences, equipment, and educational opportunities to the communities that crave them the most. We strive to level the playing field and enrich the diversity of participants. So far, we have helped raise over $100M to fuel kids’ passions nationwide. We are dedicated to improving our products and experiences to expand our reach and continue to empower kids of all abilities to do more of what they love. That’s how we create joy together.
