Aaron Amaro has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Aaron began their career as a Graphic Designer at The Valentine Group Inc in 2004. In 2006, they joined Wolff Olins as a Senior Designer before moving on to Ogilvy & Mather as an Art Director. Aaron then worked at Euro RSCG Magnet as a Senior Designer from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they became a Partner at No Mas. In 2010, they took on the role of Creative Director at Victory Journal and also became the Chief Creative Officer at Doubleday & Cartwright, where they are currently employed. Aaron has worked with notable clients such as Apple, Activision, BluePrint, and Beats.

Aaron Amaro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Fine Art at San Jose State University from 1995 to 1999. Aaron further pursued their education at ArtCenter College of Design, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with Honors in Graphic Design from 2000 to 2002.

Doubleday & Cartwright is a creative consultancy and design studio specializing in contemporary culture. With studios in Brooklyn and Los Angeles, D&C projects include integrated campaigns for the Red Bull Music Academy, the rebranding of the Milwaukee Bucks and curating an art show for Michael Jordan's 50th birthday. In addition to their work for clients from Motown to General Electric, D&C publishes Victory Journal, a print and digital magazine which earned a gold medal from the Society of Publication Designers (SPD).
