Jody Chabas

Jody Chabas is an accomplished compliance and portfolio management professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Manager of Portfolio Compliance at DoubleLine since September 2018, Jody has previously held roles including Compliance Analyst at DoubleLine and Assistant Vice President at The TCW Group, where responsibilities included senior investment control analysis. Additional experience includes positions as Compliance and Operations Associate at Lombardia Capital Partners, Pricing Specialist at Momentum Asset Management, and President of 10 Recycle USA. Jody also managed portfolio implementation and operational support at Momentum Asset Management and assisted portfolio managers in fixed income at RMB Asset Management. The career began at the South African Reserve Bank as a Senior Dealer, managing a global bond fund. Jody holds an MBA from the University of the Free State Business School and a B.Comm Hons in Money and Banking from the University of the Free State.
