Jay Kwon

Jay Kwon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of Technology Experience & Services at Douglas Elliman Real Estate since June 2025, Kwon has previously held multiple positions at WPP from March 2015 to June 2025, including Head of Support for IT in North America and Director of IT in New York. Additional experience includes a role as Regional Change Delivery Lead for North America at WPP, involvement in Global Solutions at GroupM from July 2013 to February 2015, and a long tenure at ITG from October 1996 to December 2012 as Vice President and Principal Systems Architect.
