Peter Hannis Hernandez

Peter Hannis Hernandez currently serves as President of the Western Region for Douglas Elliman Real Estate since August 2017, following a successful tenure as President and Founder of Teles Properties, INC from October 2007 to August 2017. With extensive experience in real estate, Peter previously held the positions of President and COO at Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Previews International from 2001 to 2006, overseeing significant operations in Orange County. Early in their career, Peter worked as Manager and Regional Manager at Jon Douglas Co from January 1993 to November 2001. Peter Hanis Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA and has attended Loyola Marymount University, alongside graduating from Palisades High School.
