John Villas

John Villas is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Hope Academy in Minneapolis since December 2017, John Villas is dedicated to providing Christ-centered education to inner-city youth. In addition, John Villas has held positions such as Head of Finance & Operations at Douglas Machine and an Independent Consultant for small businesses since June 2008. As a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Douglas Machine and a Board Director/Chief Financial Officer for ForMyChildren, John Villas has contributed to organizational governance and strategic oversight. John Villas previously worked as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at StrategicSource Inc and held various financial leadership roles at Entegris, Inc. John Villas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
