Sarah Kelly

Sarah Kelly is a dedicated professional in the field of people experience and organizational development, currently serving as a People Experience Consultant at Douglas Pharmaceuticals since April 2024. Previously, Sarah held the role of Senior Learning & Development Advisor at Tonkin + Taylor from October 2020 to January 2024, after mentoring at First Foundation from January 2018 to December 2022, where partnerships were fostered between organizations and academically talented students in New Zealand. Sarah's earlier career at Air New Zealand spanned over four years, during which roles included Cabin Crew Team Manager, Cabin Crew Innovation and Transformation Advisor, Organizational Development Coordinator, and International Flight Attendant. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University, completed in 2015, and attended Carmel College from 2005 to 2011.
