Kelly Thompson is an inspiring international business executive who brings her expertise for innovation and business results to DouxMatok’s business portfolio as the General Manager, North America. Kelly joins DouxMatok from Continental Mills, Inc where she served as the Senior Vice President of Research& Development/Quality. Kelly has over 30 years of experience in the R&D industry, previously serving as an Executive VicePresident of Research & Development at Dean Foods and Senior Vice President of Kraft Foods, Breakthrough Innovation. Some highlights of her career include creating original consumer platforms to accelerate the growth at Kraft Foods and also creating and selling a start-up company, Freshbite.com, which specialized in online recipe and meal preparation for busy consumers. Kelly has successfully led multiple companies to the heights of success through her unique approach towards design innovation. In her role as General Manager, North America, Kelly will provide DouxMatok’s customers with the best products possible by integrating key consumer insight and her vast background in R&D to establish scalable solutions for existing, current, and potential customers in the market.
