Chang Meng

Chang Meng currently serves as the Director of Global Supply Chain - Metals and Commodity Management at Dover Corporation, a position held since December 2018, where leadership is provided to a global team focused on strategic category management and supply chain performance. Prior to this role, Chang served as Senior Global Category Manager - Metals, advising executives on market conditions and mitigating commodity risks. Previous experience includes a position as Global Strategic Sourcing Manager at ITW, where strategic sourcing strategies for over $150 million in steel spend were developed, and a 18-year tenure at Caterpillar Inc. in various sourcing and supply chain management roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Bradley University, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, and a Bachelor's in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Chang is also a Certified 6 Sigma Black Belt.
