Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Dover Corporation since May 2022, Stanley previously held the position of People Director at WM and Human Resources Director at Lear Corporation. At BrandSafway, as Vice President of Human Resources for the Commercial & Industrial division, Stanley managed a team responsible for a $2.2 billion P&L with a workforce of 11,500. Earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at bp and HR Manager at Ford Motor Company.
