Matthew S. Gaudette

Matthew S. Gaudette is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate Counsel at Dover Corporation since September 2017, Matthew previously contributed to Sidley Austin LLP and Baker & McKenzie as an Associate, focusing on corporate law and representing private and public companies in diverse transactions. Matthew's legal journey commenced with a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, supplemented by studies at The Catholic University of America, and an undergraduate degree in History from Boston College. Additional experience includes a secondment at Telmar Network Technology, an internship with the Cook County State Attorney’s Office, and a summer associate position at Baker & McKenzie.
