Munzir Ali

Munzir Ali is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading global human resources operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global HR at Dover Corporation since July 2021, Munzir oversees HR for multiple operating companies, managing over 11,000 employees and significant revenue streams. Munzir previously held the position of Vice President of Organization & People Development at Knauf Insulation North America, and has also contributed to Johnson Controls, TT Electronics, Rockwell Automation, Bechtel India, LG Electronics India Ltd., Alcatel Network Systems Ltd., and Pasupati Acrylon Ltd. Munzir holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Jamia Millia.
