Prem Swaroop

Prem Swaroop is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in data and analytics, currently serving as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Dover Corporation since August 2017. In this role, Prem Swaroop established and manages the Corporate Data and Analytics function across fourteen business units, achieving over $50M in annual value through the launch of 12 data products and significant budget management. Notable achievements include developing patented models for ESG reporting and coordinating workshops for implementing AI in advanced manufacturing. Previously, as Principal Data Scientist at Altisource Labs, Prem Swaroop drove significant enhancements in the residential housing market, and at Unilever, played a pivotal role in launching early e-commerce solutions, earning multiple awards. Prem Swaroop holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Maryland, along with advanced degrees in management and engineering from other prestigious institutions.
