Susan Wooden

Susan Wooden has extensive experience in IT and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Identity & Access Management at Dover Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this role, Susan led IT Operations and Infrastructure for Environmental Solutions Group, a Dover Company, from January 2012. Earlier experience includes working as a Network Associate at CONVERGYS CORP, providing IT support for a large customer contact center, and serving as an ISO Consultant/VFD Technician at Plant Engineering Consultants, where documentation for ISO-9000 certification was developed. Susan began a career at The Dow Chemical Company as an Analytical Instrumentation Designer, maintaining and designing advanced analysis systems. Educationally, Susan is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, along with an Associate of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from McNeese State University.
