Olympia Alsawi

Olympia Alsawi, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead at Dow Jones since August 2020, with prior roles in the organization including Manager of Employment Relations & Compliance, International, and People Business Partner, EMEA. Olympia began the career at Mamounia Lounge as PA to the Director & HR/Office Manager and has held positions such as Sales and Events Coordinator at DARBAAR RESTAURANTS LTD and HR and Operations Coordinator at PredictX. Olympia completed a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2019, a Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology from University of the Arts London in 2016, and an HND in Design and Textiles from the London College of Contemporary Arts in 2015.
