Downing
Jon Simon began their work experience in 2003 as an Analyst at Bank of Scotland. Jon then joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2005 as an Associate Director, Joint Ventures. In 2011, they became an Investor at BGF, where they originated and led £100m of investments and served as a non-executive director on several company boards. Currently, Jon Simon works as an Investment Director at Downing LLP, a UK-based sustainable investment manager with over £2 billion of funds under management.
Jon Simon attended Manchester Grammar School from 1991 to 1998. Jon then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Management at the University of Leeds from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they completed a Master of Arts in Economics & Finance at Leeds University Business School from 2001 to 2002.
