Downtown San Diego Partnership
Alexis Pike currently serves as a People Operations (HR) Coordinator at Downtown San Diego Partnership since July 2023, having previously held the role of People Operations (HR) Intern at the same organization. Before this, Alexis was Vice President of Operations and Director of Leadership for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women from January 2022 to December 2023, focusing on leadership development and committee facilitation. Alexis also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the Rady Behavioral Lab at the University of California, San Diego, from October 2021 to June 2023, contributing to human behavior experiments with a participant pool of over 3,000 undergraduates. Alexis is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology, with a minor in Supply Chain, Innovation & Technology, at UC San Diego, anticipated to graduate in 2024, following studies at Xavier College Preparatory High School from 2016 to 2020.
