Cindy Bush

Cindy Bush serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at DOXA Insurance since November 2023, focusing on enhancing organizational culture, talent management, and employee experience. Prior to this role, Cindy contributed as a Senior HR Business Partner at Farmers Insurance from August 2010 to November 2023, overseeing HR strategies across various distribution channels and partnering with senior leadership to align human capital with business goals. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Flagship Credit Acceptance, a Resource Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and roles at Arthur Andersen, where responsibilities included Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager, and Staff Accountant. Cindy holds an MBA in Management from Villanova University and a BA in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Gettysburg College, complemented by certifications in Strategic Human Resources Business Partnering and Strategic Workforce Planning from HCI.
